Open Question: 4 felonies, 2 misdemeanors all at the same time in ND?

My fiance's ex-wife has four felony theft/forgery/counterfeiting charges, as well as two misdemeanors for the same type of crimes. They are three different cases, in two different counties in North Dakota. She has had other felony convictions in the past for the same type of criminal activities. What are the chances of her actually serving some time for these crimes? She is not in custody, has been showing up to court. Has a lawyer, although he's a public defender.... Read More »
