Would you recommend this drive to people from Europe and Japan? Suppose they wanted to pay $3,500 Canadian dollars to fly to Fargo, North Dakota, then rent a car and do this amazing drive I-29 to Pembina Highway and then head home. Wouldn't that be a beautiful trip? and also hang out at the Forks and visit the West End Cultural Centre and the St. Boniface and Manitoba Museum and Zoo Bar in Osborne Village and North End, and Folklorama..... but mainly for the Fargo-Winnipeg drive...
